Aaj hum MS EXCEL me SALARY SHEET kaise bnate hai vo btayege
Question: -HOW TO MAKE THE SALARY SHEET (STEP BY STEP)?
§  Let’s start ->
Step 1:- Open the MS Excel.


Step 2:- Make a Data of Employee.


Step 3:-Make the column also HRA, DA, CCA, TA, Gross Gross, Income Tax, Advance, Medical, PF, Deduction, and Net Salary.


Step 4:- Add the HRA formula
Formula
                                         =30% *basic salary cell address




Step 5:- Add the DA formula
Formula
                                       =2% *basic salary cell address



Step 6:- Add the CCA formula
Formula
                                       =25% *basic salary cell address




Step 7:- Add the TA formula
Formula
                                       =30% *basic salary cell address




Step 8:- Add the Gross Salary formula
Formula
               =sum(basic salary cell address: TA cell address)


 Step 9:- Custom fill the Income Tax, Advance, Medical, PF

Step 10:- Add the Deduction formula
Formula
                                       =sum(income tax cell address: PF cell address)




Step 11:- Add the Net Salary formula
Formula
                                      =gross salary cell address- deduction cell address


                                    



Result:-

SOME ABBRIVATION
v  HRA:- House Rent Allowance
v  DA:- Dearness Allowance
v  CCA:- City Compensatory Allowance
v  TA:- Traveling Allowance
